A 16-year-old Centralia High School student was arrested earlier this month in relation to a threatening note found at Centralia High School on Nov. 9.

The girl was arrested Nov. 13, and charged in Lewis County Juvenile Court on Nov. 16 with one count of harassment, threat to kill.

She pleaded not guilty Nov. 17 and is currently awaiting trial.

The girl is accused of writing “Ima shoot up the school 11/10” on a desk. Near the quote was what appeared to be a signature, reading “Sir Killsalot,” said Lewis County Prosecutor Jonathan Meyer.

Centralia High School staff conducted a locker check Nov. 9 to look for weapons on the campus. Nothing was found. On Nov. 10, the school canceled its zero period and all students arriving with backpacks went through a search checkpoint.

The threat came about a month after another threat caused a lockdown and day-long evacuation process at the school on Oct. 2.
