Sirens: Woman Booked on Assault Charge; Victim Reports Credit Card Fraud

Lewis County Jail Statistics

• As of Friday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total population of 197 inmates with 169 in general population and 28 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center. Of general population inmates, 132 were male and 37 female and of WERC inmates, 25 were male and three female. A total of 35 inmates were booked through contracts with agencies outside Lewis County.

 

Chehalis Police Department

Protection Order Violation Reported

• At 10:23 a.m. on Wednesday, police received a report of a violation of a protection order in the 300 block of North Market Boulevard. No arrests were made. 

Woman Booked on Assault Charge

• At 1:12 p.m. on Wednesday, police responded to the 300 block of North Market Boulevard after receiving a report of a dispute between a man and woman. Amber R. Estorja, 31, of Chehalis, was arrested on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

 

Trespasser Reported

• At 3:29 p.m. on Wednesday, police received a report of people trespassing in the 500 block of South Market Boulevard. No arrests were made. 

 

Victim Reports Credit Card Fraud

• At 6:03 p.m. on Wednesday, police received a report of credit card fraud from Southeast 16th Street. The card was used without the owner’s permission in Woodinville. 

 

Man Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charge

• At 12:47 a.m. on Thursday, police responded to a report of a man banging on doors and windows in the 900 block of Northwest Prindle Avenue. Nicholas L. Gonzalez, 27, of Chehalis, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, domestic violence.

 

Burglaries

• At 7:51 a.m. on Thursday, police received a report of a burglary to a shed in the 200 block of Southwest Alfred Street. 

• At 5:10 a.m. on Friday, a burglary was reported in the 700 block of West Main Street.

 

Centralia Police Department

Bicycle Stolen

• At 8:40 a.m. on Thursday, a white Genesis mountain bike was reported stolen from the 600 block of Hamilton Avenue. 

 

Vehicles Prowled, Stolen 

• At 7:03 a.m. on Thursday, police received a report of a vehicle prowl and a vehicle theft in the 700 block of F Street in Centralia. A blue 2017 Subaru Outback was stolen between 10 p.m. and 6:45 a.m. A purse and a spare key to the Subaru were stolen from a second vehicle on the property.
