CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Man Booked for Causing Disturbance at Hospital

• At 7:37 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 900 block of South Scheuber Road and arrested Anthony J. Bordelon, 25, of Brush Prairie on suspicion of interfering with a health care facility.

 

Suspect Booked for Protection Order Violation, Warrant

• At 4:14 a.m. Thursday, police responded to the 1000 block of Eckerson Road and arrested Tavrin R. Day, 27, of Tenino on suspicion of violating a protection order and on a Department of Corrections warrant.

 

Trespass Suspect Arrested

• At 7:23 a.m. Thursday, police responded to the 1100 block of Kresky Avenue and arrested Courtney A. Beddell, 26, of Olympia on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass and on a Thurston County warrant.

 

DUI Suspect Booked

• At 12:59 a.m. Friday, police responded to the 500 block of South Pearl Street and arrested Jacob L. Herz, 18, of Kalama on suspicion of driving under the influence.

 

CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT

Suspect Booked for Violating No Contact Order

• At 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue and arrested Thomas J. Roy, 44, of Centralia on suspicion of violation of a no contact order.

 

Vehicle Strikes Building, Resulting in Driver Injury

• At 2:01 p.m. Wednesday, first responders went to the 10 block of North Market Boulevard where a vehicle struck a building. The building sustained little damage, but the driver sustained injury.

 

Hit and Run

• At 2:49 p.m. Wednesday, a hit and run was reported in the 1500 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue.

 

Man Enters Building Where Previously Trespassed

• At 3:43 p.m. Wednesday, a caller in the 2100 block of North National Avenue reported a male subject who was previously placed on trespass entered the building again.

 

Window Shatters for No Apparent Reason

• At 6:35 p.m. Wednesday, a caller in the 700 block of Northwest Pennsylvania Avenue reported a house window shattered, but there was nobody seen in the area, and no apparent reason for it to break.

 

Man Wearing Ski Mask Keeps Hanging Around Business

• At 2:12 p.m. Thursday, a caller in the 700 block of South Market Boulevard said a man in a ski mask was asked to leave the business, only to return later and hang out in the parking lot. The man left before police got there.

 

LEWIS COUNTY JAIL STATISTICS

• As of Friday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 214 inmates, with 184 in general population, 29 in the work ethic and restitution center and one on work release. Of general population inmates, 143 were male and 41 were female and of WERC inmates, 26 were male and three were female. A total of 35 inmates were booked through contracts outside Lewis County.
