Sirens: Organized Retail Theft; Stolen Vehicle; Shoplifting and Meth Possession

Centralia Police Department 

Organized Theft

• Andrew S. Keith, 28, of Rainier, Oregon; Brandon Schneider, 29, of Kelso; and Shauna M. Sprague, 34, of Rainier, Oregon, were arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for second-degree theft and felony organized retail theft. The incident took place in the 100 block of West High Street on Wednesday at 4:10 p.m.

Theft

• At 4:45 p.m Wednesday in the 500 block of South Tower Ave., April R. Thielen, 36, of Chehalis, was cited and released for third-degree theft. 

DUI

• Alan M. Carroll, 31, of Chehalis, was arrested at the intersection of Marsh Avenue and Mellen Street at 7:44 p.m. on Wednesday and booked into the Lewis County Jail for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

Restraining Order Violation

• On Wednesday at 8:04 p.m. in the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue, Shannon K. Kilgore, 46, a transient in Centralia, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for alleged felony violation of a protection order after he allegedly assaulted the protected person. 

 

Chehalis Police Department

Stolen Vehicle

• Victor L. Hicke, 25, Centralia, was arrested in the 700 block of Southwest Pacific Avenue and booked into the Lewis County Jail at about 9:03 a.m. Tuesday for allegedly being in possession of a stolen vehicle and methamphetamines. He was also wanted in connection to several other burglaries and car thefts. 

• Timothy M.M. Arms, 29, Chehalis, was arrested in the 100 block of Southwest Cascade Avenue and booked into the Lewis County Jail at 12:40 a.m. Tuesday for allegedly being in possession of a stolen vehicle. 

 

Shoplifting and Meth Possession

• Jesse R. Clark, 36, Olympia, was arrested and booked for alleged possession of methamphetamines. He allegedly shoplifted from a business in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue. 

• Christopher L. Looman, 36, Chehalis, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for third-degree assault in the 600 block of Dobson Court at about 8:40 p.m. Tuesday. Officers responded to a large fight; Looman allegedly didn’t cooperate. 

Harassment

• Jonathan A. Shields, 45, Paulden, Arizona, was cited at about 3:17 p.m. Tuesday for alleged harassment via text messages. The citations will be mailed. 

 

Lewis County Sheriff’s Office

Driving on Pills

• Matthew R. Istre, 25, Winlock, was stopped on the 3600 block of Jackson Highway at about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. He was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for alleged driving while suspended and violating the Uniform Controlled Substances Act after he was found to have prescription medications that weren’t his.
