CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

 

Vehicle Prowl

• At 8:11 a.m. Monday, a vehicle prowl was reported in the 1500 block of Jensen Avenue. A title and registration were stolen.

 

Suspect Puts Trash in Neighbor’s Trash Can

• At 2:48 p.m. Monday, a caller in the 500 block of South Ash Street reported their neighbor had put trash in their trash can.

 

Suspect Booked For Possession of Meth

• At 3:07 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 500 block of South Tower Avenue and arrested Jody L. Tobin, 48, of Centralia on suspicion of possession of meth.

 

Vehicle Strikes Building, Causes Minor Damage

• At 3:11 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 1200 block of Harrison Avenue where a vehicle collided with a building, causing minor damage.

 

Thefts

• At 3:26 p.m. Monday, a theft of a package containing a laptop was reported in the 1800 block of Collison Street.

• At 5:45 p.m. Monday, a theft of a bicycle was reported in the 1700 block of Harrison Avenue.

• At 9:56 a.m. Tuesday, a theft of a bike was reported in the 200 block of Floral Street.

 

Suspect Arrested For Trespass

• At 4:45 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 900 block of Harrison Avenue and arrested Shannon K. Kilgore, 50, of Centralia on suspicion of criminal trespass.

 

Suspect Allegedly Violates No Contact Order

• At 10:54 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 900 block of Harrison Avenue and arrested Elijah R. Sprayberry, 19, of Centralia on suspicion of violation of a no contact order.

 

Person Gives Credit Card Info Over Phone

• At 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, a caller in the 700 block of J Street reported a credit card scam, after being duped into giving credit card information over the phone.

 

Suspect Booked for Possession of Stolen Vehicle

• At 12:46 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue and arrested Colin C. Wolf, 21, of Tumwater on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. Charlene A. Hume, 47, of Tumwater was also arrested on an outstanding Ellensburg warrant.

 

Hit and Run

• At 8:49 p.m. Tuesday, a hit and run was reported at Mellen Street and Airport Road.

 

CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT

 

Police Respond To Injury Accidents

• At 2:24 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue for a two-vehicle collision resulting in injury.

• At 5:03 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 500 block of West Main Street for a two-vehicle collision resulting in injury.

 

Woman Exposes Herself At Theater

• At 10:36 a.m. Tuesday, a caller in the 500 block of Market Street reported a woman was seen exposing herself.

 

Man Strikes Person in the Face

• At 1:12 p.m. Tuesday, police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Bishop Road where an older man struck a person in the face. No arrests were reported.

 

Man Booked For Lewd Act in Public

• At 7:28 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 600 block of Southwest Pacific Avenue and arrested Jacob S. Drury, 24, on suspicion of indecent exposure. Drury was allegedly seen performing a lewd act in public.

 

LEWIS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

• As of Wednesday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 214 inmates, with 177 in general population, 34 in the work ethic and restitution center and three on work release. Of general population inmates, 143 were male and 34 were female and of WERC inmates, 30 were male and four were female. A total of 25 inmates were booked through contracts outside Lewis County.
