CENTRALIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Theft

• At 1:39 p.m. Wednesday, a theft of a package was reported in the 800 block of North Tower Avenue.

 

Juvenile Booked After

Reported Fight

• At 5:06 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 1000 block of Scammon Creek Road and arrested a juvenile on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, after a reported fight between the juvenile and a family member.

 

Two Firearms Missing

• At 9:51 a.m. Thursday, a caller in the 700 block of North Washington Street reported two guns were stolen or went missing from a residence within the past year.

 

Suspect Booked for Meth Possession

• At 12:06 p.m. Thursday, police responded to the 100 block of South Silver Street and arrested Johnathan M. Davis, 53, of Centralia on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine.

 

Vehicle Prowls

• At 8:04 p.m. Wednesday, several vehicle prowls were reported in the 2000 block of Borst Avenue. Miscellaneous items were taken.

• At 8:29 p.m. Wednesday, a vehicle prowl was reported in the 1000 block of Harrison Avenue. A cellphone was stolen.

• At 8:47 p.m. Wednesday, a vehicle prowl was reported in the 1200 block of Belmont Avenue. A cellphone and a purse were stolen.

 

Vehicle Damaged

• At 9:41 p.m. Thursday, police were notified of damage to a vehicle in the 500 block of Pioneer Way.

 

Police Booked Suspect for Meth, Heroin Possession

• At 12:45 p.m. Thursday, police responded to the 100 block of West High Street and arrested Reema M. Hanrahan, 37, of Tacoma on suspicion of possession of meth and heroin.

 

Hit and Run

• At 5:17 a.m. Friday, a hit and run was reported at Borst Avenue and Johnson Road.

 

CHEHALIS POLICE DEPARTMENT

Caller Complains of Vehicles Parked on Private Land

• At 10:34 a.m. Wednesday, a caller in the 800 block of Northwest Maryland Avenue reported vehicles keep parking on a private property.

 

Kids Break Windows

• At 3:16 p.m. Wednesday, police were notified of three kids breaking windows in an abandoned building.

 

Vehicles Siphoned of Gas

• At 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, a theft of gasoline was reported in the 2100 block of North National Avenue.

 

Suspect Booked for Meth Possession

• At 4:59 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the 1500 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue and arrested Sophea M. Delavergne, 41, of Centralia on suspicion of possession of meth.

 

Fraud Reported

• At 7:11 a.m. Friday, a possible fraud situation was reported in the 600 block of South Market Boulevard.

LEWIS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Deputies Arrest Burglary Suspects

• At 8:40 a.m. Thursday, deputies responded to the 100 block of Pine Tree Road and arrested Roland Torres, 47, of Winlock and Tamrick Torres, 48, of Winlock on suspicion of second-degree burglary. The suspects allegedly broke into a house that was under construction and stole tools. They allegedly fled into nearby woods in a truck, where they were later found and arrested by deputies.

 

LEWIS COUNTY JAIL STATISTICS

• As of Friday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 230 inmates, with 200 in general population, 28 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center and two on work release. Of general population inmates, 169 were men and 31 were women and of WERC inmates, 22 were men and six were women. A total of 36 inmates were booked through contracts outside Lewis County.
