Trespass Suspect Arrested, Released

• At 6:55 a.m. on Friday, police responded to the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue and arrested and released Shannon Kilgore, 51, of Centralia, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespassing. 

Theft 

• At 10:46 a.m. on Friday, police received a report of a theft in the 1200 block of Rhobina Street.  

Children Report Stranger With Guitar Asks Them to Go on a Walk

• At 4:09 p.m. on Friday, police received a report of a suspicious person at the intersection of F Street and Sixth Street. Young children reported a man with long black hair and a guitar “invited them to go on a walk,” according to the police department. The man was reportedly gone when police arrived. 

Juveniles Arrested on Robbery Charge

• At 5:23 p.m. on Friday, police responded to a report of a robbery in the 800 block of Eshom Road. Two juveniles were arrested on suspicion of stealing property after a fight. An investigation is ongoing. 

Chehalis Man Arrested After Dispute at Bar

• At 12:56 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to the 100 block of South Tower Avenue for a report of disorderly conduct at a bar. Justin C. Razor, 34, of Chehalis, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct.  

Woman Arrested on Shoplifting Charge, Released

• At 9:52 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to a report of a shoplifter in the 1100 block of Harrison Avenue. Mary K. Fleshman, 75, of Centralia, was arrested and released with a court date on suspicion of third-degree theft. 

Vehicle Prowl

• At 12:19 p.m. on Saturday, police received a report of a vehicle prowl in the 3000 block of Borst AVenue. 

Sexual Assault Report Under Investigation

• At 1:31 p.m. on Saturday, police received a report of a sexual assault involving a juvenile in the 1400 block of Lewis Street. The case is under investigation. 

Hit and Run

• At 2:18 p.m. on Saturday, a hit and run damaging a parked vehicle was reported at the intersection of Oak Street and Centralia College Boulevard. 

Leaf Blower Stolen

• At 4:42 p.m. on Saturday, a leaf blower was reported stolen in the 2300 block of Eureka Avenue. 

Harassment Suspect Arrested

• At 8:17 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to the 1800 block of Beach Street and arrested Lottie M. Charnell, 60, of Centralia, on suspicion of harassment. She allegedly threatened to assault a family member. 

Chehalis Man Accused of Trespassing

• At 8:33 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to the 1200 block of Mellen Street and arrested Brian T. Kelley, 61, of Chehalis, on suspicion of trespassing. 

DUI

• At 12:10 a.m. on Sunday, police responded to the 500 block of West Main Street and arrested Zachary C. Martinez, 26, of Centralia, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Burglary Reported at Business

• At 10:44 a.m. on Sunday, police received a report of a second-degree burglary to a business in the 200 block of North Tower Avenue. The incident occurred overnight.  

Centralia Man Arrested on No-Contact Order Violation

• At 2:41 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to the 1300 block of West Main Street and arrested Lucas D. C. Bryan, 29, of Centralia, on suspicion of violating a domestic violence no-contact order. 

Lewis County Jail Statistics

• As of Monday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 214 inmates, including 183 in general population and 31 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center. Of general population inmates, 144 were men and 39 women and of WERC inmates, 29 were men and two women.
