Sirens: Auto Glass Stolen, Lakewood Man Accused of Criminal Impersonation, Minors Steal Beer From Walmart

Centralia Police Department

Auto Glass Stolen

• At 9:05 a.m. on Friday, auto glass was reported stolen in the 500 block of North Tower Avenue. 

Suspect Booked on Drug Charge

• At 12:21 p.m. on Friday, police responded to the 500 block of East Summa Street and arrested Tahler D. Grant, 23, of Centralia, on suspicion of possession of heroin. She was originally contacted in reference to a theft complaint. 

Hit and Runs

• At 2:21 p.m. on Friday, a hit and run was reported in the 500 block of South Rock Street. 

• At 12:27 p.m. on Saturday, a hit and run was reported at the intersection of North Pearl Street and West Second Street. 

• At 5:05 p.m. on Sunday, a hit and run was reported in the 400 block of Girard Street. A vehicle crashed into a telephone pole and a stop sign. Jorge O. De La Mora Luque, 18, of Chehalis, was cited and released on suspicion of hit and run. 

Bicycle Stolen

• At 8:03 p.m. on Friday, a bicycle was reported stolen in the 400 block of North Iron Street. 

Suspect Arrested on Burglary Charge

• At 2:35 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to the 100 block of West High Street and arrested Bryan K. Ferry, 43, of Seattle, on suspicion of second-degree burglary. Ferry was allegedly caught going through a locked storage container at a business. 

Alleged Trespasser Arrested

• At 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to a report of a trespasser in the 600 block of Harrison Avenue and arrested Michelle D. Henning, 49, of Centralia, on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Henning was allegedly located on a property she had previously been banned from, then ran from police. 

DUI

• At 11:48 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to the intersection of Reynolds Road and Pearl Street and arrested Oscar A. Reyes-Rodriguez, 36, of Centralia, on suspicion of driving under the influence. 

Lakewood Man Accused of Criminal Impersonation

• At 11:14 a.m. on Sunday, police responded to the 900 block of South Scheuber Road and arrested Jason P. Parmele, 32, of Lakewood, on suspicion of criminal impersonation. He allegedly provided a false identity during a criminal investigation. He was also referred for charges of disrupting a healthcare facility. 

Olympia Woman Arrested for Theft, Obstruction

• At 1:51 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to the 1300 block of South Gold Street and arrested Angela Y. Smith, 32, of Olympia, on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer, failure to transfer a vehicle title within 45 days and theft. She was reportedly in possession of an item reported stolen a few days previously. 

Backpack Stolen

• At 3:43 p.m. on Sunday, a backpack was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Lum Road. 

Chehalis Police Department

License Plates Stolen

• At 9:25 a.m. on Friday, license plates were reported stolen off vehicles in the 1500 block of North National Avenue. 

Hit and Run

• At 5:10 p.m. on Friday, a hit and run was reported in the 1500 block of South Market Boulevard. 

Air Compressor Stolen

• At 3:25 p.m. on Saturday, an air compressor was reported stolen in the 1000 block of Northwest Maryland Avenue. The item was reportedly worth more than $400.

Tool Stolen

• At 7:28 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to a report of a theft of a tool in the 1700 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue. Jose A. Escamilla, 24, of Centralia, was cited and released on suspicion of third-degree theft.

Protection Order Violated

• At 11:46 p.m. on Saturday, a protection order was allegedly violated in the 300 block of Southwest Third Street. Jerry E. Wilson, 25, of Centralia, was arrested on suspicion of violation of a protection order.

Minors Steal Beer From Walmart

• At 2:19 a.m. on Sunday, police received a report of a theft in the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue. Minors driving a red Ford Mustang reportedly stole two cases of beer from Walmart and fled the scene toward Centralia. No arrests were made. 

Lewis County Jail Statistics

As of Monday morning, the Lewis County Jail had a total system population of 212 inmates, including 182 in general population, 29 in the Work Ethic and Restitution Center and one on work release. Of general population inmates, 143 were male and 39 female and of WERC inmates, 26 were male and three female.
