Northwest Wind Symphony Concert Scheduled for Saturday

The Northwest Wind Symphony is kicking off its 2019-2020 season — the symphony’s 29th year — with a concert scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday at Centralia College’s Corbet Theatre.

Musician Lindsey Myers will be the evening’s guest artist.

The concert will feature music of the late Renaissance and early Baroque periods including works by Gabrielli and Bach.



The evening will include performances of “The Gladiator March,” by Sousa and music from Dvorak’s “New World Symphony.”

Tickets are $12 and can be purchased at teh door. Students 15 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. For more information, go to  www.northwestwindsymphony.org/tickets.
