Napavine Motorcyclist Injured in DUI Crash

A Napavine man is facing charges for driving under the influence after a motorcycle crash Thursday afternoon west of Mossyrock, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Tyler D. Tutmark, 51, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, DUI and driving with a revoked license, no ignition interlock, no insurance and no motorcycle endorsement.

The crash was reported at 12:14 p.m. Thursday at milepost 82 of U.S. Highway 12, 4 miles west of Mossyrock.

Tutmark was reportedly driving a 2014 Harley Davidson eastbound when the motorcycle crossed the centerline, left the roadway and came to rest on the westbound shoulder, according to the state patrol.

Tutmark was injured and transported to Morton General Hospital.
