Members of the Lewis County Regional SWAT team joined the Centralia High School rifle team in practice on Feb. 4.
Centralia Police Officers Corey Butcher, Dave Clary, Neil Hoium, Doug Lowrey, Adam Haggerty and Chad Withrow and Chehalis Police Officer Chris Taylor were among SWAT team members participating in the practice.
“Everyone had a great time shooting and mentoring each other,” said Assistant Coach Charles Neely, in a news release from the Centralia Police Department.
The SWAT and rifle teams hope to make this an annual get-together.
