At 7:44 a.m. on Thursday, the Sheriff’s Office received a report of a collision between a car and a Lewis County road grader in the 500 block of Meade Hill Road in Glenoma.

A 23-year-old Glenoma woman driving a 2013 Honda Accord two-door was driving around a series of curves when the car began driving toward a grader, which was heading in the opposite direction.

The driver of the grader, a 41-year-old Glenoma man, tried to move to the right, but could not avoid the Honda, which struck its front blade, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
