The Centralia Police Department is asking for information on the whereabouts of a woman last seen in Centralia on Saturday.
Crystal D. Chipman, 47, is described as standing 5 feet, 6 inches, and weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen at approximately 11:30 a.m. Aug. 18 in Centralia driving a white 2013 Ford F150 pickup truck, with a large decal on the back window. The truck has the plate number C53560F.
Chipman has a history of medical issues that require medication.
